Taegen has serviced our home a couple of times, and always delivers quality friendly service. When we aren't home, he leaves a door hanger with notes on the service for us. When we are home, he meets at the door and goes over the scope of work and any concerns we have. He's also super patient with our obnoxious noisy dogs. Dillon has been our technician a few times. He does a great job in servicing of our property! He’s very courteous. He’s thorough and explains everything he’s going to do before he starts. He asks if we have any concerns or questions. He offers helpful information and always explains what he did after the service as well as sending a comprehensive report.
We highly recommend Dillon and TriGuard!
