So I put 4 stars but there are ⭐️pros working at Triguard! And I do not know how to leave 4 1/2! Our family switched to Triguard after one of our doggies became sick after a service performed by another company. Triguard has been excellent to work with. We had a wasp issue and a lovely lady came out and demolished them while taking several “stings for the team”.Recently I had a large rodent infestation in my encapsulated crawl space! S.C. was our Superman Tech. His information was paramount to launch my defensive on my enemy …10 rats dead! Some in my crawl space but most outside.Again the level of assistance is there when you need it!Call them. I am happy to have a company that answers my questions! Mick

Herb came out the same day I found a mouse in my house and found and repaired entry points for rodents into our home. He also checked all bait stations and went into the crawl space to add more bait. Great customer service.

I was given a reminder and the technician, Anthony, arrived on time. He was very thorough in inspecting both the interior and exterior of my home. He explained the process clearly and walked me through the treatments he was using. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about pest control and how much effort he put into understanding the specifics of my situation. The pest issue I had has been completely resolved and I haven’t seen any signs of pests since his visit. I like that they use eco-friendly and safe treatments, especially because I have small children and pets at home. Anthony even took the time to offer helpful tips for keeping pests away in the future. Overall, I’m very satisfied with TriGuard’s service.

Raelynn was great and checked in befor and after. She and the other TriGuard folks are great. They don’t shy away from above and beyond dirty work. I intentionally don’t treat for spiders, but I do like she brushed out the webs. I have yellow jacket nest issues and another guy that comes regularly is tireless about ferreting them out and preventing future issues. Whoever does the hiring finds great people who are great at the job and go the extra mile! Well worth every penny!

Shawn did an amazing job with our initial treatment. He had excellent communication skills and was diligent to make sure our entire exterior was looking good with no spiderwebs or other insect activity.
I just had Ephraim Alex and Goose working at our house getting rid of all the pets and they all were excellent. They’re also very informative and educated us on the cycle of the pests especially the sugar ant I have fought for almost 30 years and decided it was time to get rid of them, so I am thrilled with their work. They’re also very likable guys and I enjoyed having them here.
