I talked with Justin first. He knew his trade in detail. He could specifically answer my questions. He told me what solutions they were using, he didn’t shift his answer to something else (like other exterminators). My concern was; Are your ingredients safe for honey bees? 🐝 Yes, he answered and explained in detail.Jacob came right on time. He also, could answer my questions. He was respectful of my animals, my property and me. He administered the solutions as expected. He also checked other locations, ( I have two attic spaces) that I had not included initially.I am very pleased to have found this company. They meet my needs of environmentally safe, both men were well informed and professional and it is nice that they are several hundred dollars less than the « double speak guys ».
The TriGuard techs keep the bugs from getting into our house! Not easy as the weather gets colder and they are looking for warmth.
Trish did a great job with her visit to my home. She offered to check out crawl space and offered a free check if we needed it before their next visit.

Jessica did a top notch job. She let me know that she was coming and when she got here, she knocked on the door to announce her presence so she could work around the home. She quietly did her job and was willing to knock on the door when she was done, but we told her everything was fine and wished her a merry Christmas as she wished us the same. She has a great attitude and is hard-working.

Tanner did a great job. He was friendly, professional and even locked the gate behind him when he was finished. TI had my house sprayed for on July 2nd and so far so good. I haven't seen a single ant inside my house and haven't really seen any outside on my porch either.

Great help with rodents. Living by woods it is a constant effort. Today “J” thoroughly checked attic and crawl space and set a bait trap where there was evidence of rodent activity. They have the equipment to do the job right.

I forgot to open my gate before leaving for work, technician called me to ask how to get into backyard. I thought that was nice as it was raining and he could have just left and never completed the task.
The service was thorough and I received a detailed email report of all the work completed and any pests found. I am confident in TriGuard’s service.
